Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The product must be in the same condition as received, without any damage or tampering.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for perfumes that have been opened, used, or tested.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos of the product and packaging as proof.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or process a refund accordingly.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method.
