At Memooza Perfumes, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of fragrance products, please review our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes can only be returned if:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request is made within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • The item was damaged during delivery or you received the wrong product.

Opened or used perfumes cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. The product must remain unused and in its original condition for verification.

3. Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Used or opened products

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Products purchased during special promotions or clearance sales (unless damaged)

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product).
